On a casual evening in 2013, I created this blog for no apparent reason. I liked the idea running a website, something that I always liked to do since I was the age of seven, and some of my biggest inspirations at the time (YouTubers) started off as bloggers.
On a casual evening in 2013, I created this blog for no apparent reason. I liked the idea running a website, something that I always liked to do since I was the age of seven, and some of my biggest inspirations at the time (YouTubers) started off as bloggers.
I started writing on this blog not realizing that it would later become a newfound passion of mine. A passion for writing was something that was very unlike me to find, since English class was previously considered a weakness of mine, but here I am today with English as one of my best subjects in school (mom’s proud of me), and a blog that I adore writing in.
Aside from writing, I enjoy drawing, painting, and do-it-yourself projects in my leisure. Another interest of mine is photography, and I take interest in admiring the simple visual wonders found in ordinary life, deciding a while ago not to deny myself the simpler pleasures of existence (thanks Augustus Waters for that quote). I’m also head-over-heals in love with the transformation that the art of makeup artistry can do to a human face and body, and it’s something that I wish to do for a living.
Some of my other interests include travelling (though I wish I can do more of it), food (though I am a picky vegetarian with a peanut-sized appetite), annoying Peri (my guinea pig who loathes affection), and the colour purple.
I also very much appreciate the many people in my life who always make things a whole lot more interesting. They pop up from time to time as guest authors when they're in the need of a creative release, and I'm happy to share my space with them.
